Arjan studied Tax Economy at the University of Amsterdam. After finding his wings at an international tax practice of an American based global audit, he switched to BDO in 1999 and became partner in 2007.
Arjan is now the leading tax partner of the Real Estate Services Group within BDO. In connection with this, Arjan is active in BDO’s advisory group on sustainability issues and environmental taxes.
On behalf of BDO Netherlands, Arjan is the contact partner in the BDO International Competence Centre in Real Estate. Arjan is an accredited partner within BDO NL for its due diligence practice. He has written various publications and regularly acts as guest teacher and speaker at various seminars. Arjan is a member of the Dutch Order of Tax Advisors.
