Adam Harding began his career as a science graduate, was employed as an environmental consultant and then subsequently as a surveyor and project manager. He has furthered his education with BOHS and NEBOSH technical qualifications in subject areas including Health and Safety, Asbestos and Legionella Management. Combined with his training qualifications he has provided training at all levels to clients in a range of sectors. More recently his experience has been in senior roles within a leading Health, Safety and Environmental Consultancy.
In his current role as Managing Director of ADM Training, he works closely with a variety of public and private sector organisations, with a particular focus on the education and healthcare sectors providing health and safety compliance training and consultancy solutions. This includes providing independent support to organisations with the procurement, implementation, and ongoing management of key compliance subject related services.
He actively supports many of the industry associations by speaking at key events.
Adam also sits on the Board of elected directors for UKATA, supporting with the provision of strategic direction and governance.
